Deloitte's latest survey reveals: 70% of young workers, both Millennials and Gen Z, want to work from home all the time. They have many reasons like:

Work-life balance is a key motivation. More time with loved ones matters

Saving on commutes and work attires - another plus for remote work

Better mental health and increased productivity are also on their list

They're making their own rules for work, and the future looks remote

Some concerns include career progression, mentorship, and feeling isolated

Yet, the allure of flexibility and the hybrid work model is strong
